Originally scheduled for Q2 2011 the release date of the upcoming bulldozer cpu has been moved to late august. Some bad news for AMD because Intel's enthusiast extreme series X79 is supposed to release Q4 with tri-gate transistor technology.For system builders needing a new system now I would recommend purchasing an am3+ motherboard with a cheap athlon processor the act as the placeholder until the bulldozer releases.
